The family of SuperKleen vinyl compounds used in production of ThumbGuard™  and FingerGuard™ appliances is technically advanced new generation of vinyl, formulated with a unique non-DEHP, non-phthalate plasticizer system. This family of flexible extrusion/molding grade and semi-rigid compounds utilizes the ATC-IV Alpha system, an additive package based on a derivative of a naturally occurring tribasic monohydroxy acid. These compounds are ideally suited for the manufacture of infant products, food and beverage applications and medical devices, where the presence of phthalates is undesirable.

The compound used for ThumbGuard™/FingerGuard™ appliances was especially developed for the molding of baby pacifiers and medical devices.
